Getting Job is not an easy task these days. The biggest challenge is to prove yourself the most suitable candidate for the desired position among other competitor candidates. 
Most of the companies depend upon very short interaction with the candidate during the selection procedure. The most common practice of selection procedure is An Interview.
To impress Interviewer is very critical in a short interaction. Here we are sharing some valuable tips for job seekers to help them to crack an interview-:
1. First of all, leave behind your past rejections (if any). Every day have a fresh start, so start your day with a positive attitude and self-confidence. Your positive attitude will help you to cope up with mental pressure during an interview.
2. Always be genuine to introduce yourself with the interviewer, never lie about your skills set, your experience and your capabilities. Any person can have past of failures and dark sides, so as you. there is nothing wrong in that but manipulating facts can have. Try to be relevant to the requirements of the employer. Never commit a false promise about job performance and capabilities, maybe you will get success to make fool to the interviewer that time and even get that job but later it will increase expectations from you in accordance to your lie and surely affect your performance, your career, your reputation as well.
This attitude helps you to maintain dignity and self-confidence not only during the interview through your career.  

3. Try to balance peer pressure. During an interview, you can find better competitors than you, at a glance. But be confident enough about your capabilities by thinking that every individual has some unique quality and believe me you have that, you just have to perform accordingly as per job requirements.
4. Be calm and clear, the interviewer is also just a human like you. Never lose your patience during Interview. That time you may face a situation of getting into pressure as the interviewer might be there to judge you that how you perform under pressure situation of workload or any other emotional / family or any relevant situation based tough condition.
5. Finally, it’s just an interaction for a job. a short interaction can’t judge your whole personality. Rejection can have any reason so it should not be a reason for disappointment. Always keep work on your skills set with a positive attitude.
This will help candidates to groom their psychological level to prepare themselves for an Interview.
Success comes with hard work and dedication. Having expertise in skills is not 100 per cent sufficient although a positive attitude plays a very important role to clear the interview.
