 International women’s Day is celebrated on 8th March around the world. It is celebrate for the rights of women. 

The theme of this year celebration is #choose to challenge and it means challenges comes from changes and challenged world is an alert world. international women’s day is celebrated to give respect to women. 

As there is not a one day to give respect to women, we should always respect women and it should be start from our house.



There are many events held on women’s Day. Many NGOs organize events for giving respect to women. 

Government announced many schemes for women on women’s day.
Health department of U.P Government is panning to give priority to women for vaccination.
Mission Shakti Abhiyan by U.P Government will be held in Lucknow and it will be live streamed in all  districts.
 As a gift By CM Yogi for International Women’s Day, women can go in all the monuments for free of cost. There will be no tickets for women today on International Women’s Day.

Apart from all this why to celebrate women’s Day for only 1 day. Give respect to women and make all day women’s Day.  

Stop violence against women.
Stop child marriage.
Stop female foeticide.
Stop dowry system.
Stop workplace harassment.
 Create a safe environment for women and make all days women’s Day.
